Returns items must be un-damaged, like-new, in resalable condition, and in the original packaging. Packaging must be unaltered and undamaged with all tags and/or labels. EVO Gimbals will not accept the return of damaged gimbal products. We will not accept returns of worn, damaged, or unsalable items. We also do not accept returns that are missing items from the original packaging, tags, labels, or packaging. Please Note All Order Numbers Start with "2016" which may not be shown on your packing slip.
